Rosaleen Athaide treated me for about a month and the improvement was incredible. She treated the areas of discomfort with tissue massage, provided exercises with video. Rosaleen always asked if what she was doing was ok. She was lovely to work with. I recommend her without hesitation.

The expert care I received from both Rose and Jenna kept me out of surgery and able to do things today I didn't think were possible a year ago. Rose pushed me when I needed it and encouraged me to push forward to meet new goals. The office staff were incredibly kind and efficiant. I am forever grateful to everyone at the Tower St. location and would recommend their services to everyone.

Karina was able to correctly diagnose, treat and advocate for me with my physician on my behalf leading to some much needed tests and treatments. Without her I am not sure how I would have been able to get better. Thank you! It has been a very long time since I have attended such a welcoming business atmosphere. Kudos to you GRP!

I had the great good fortune to have Hilary Stonehouse as my physiotherapist during a period of the past 6 months. During that time Hilary kept me moving both physically and mentally. She knew exactly when to encourage more work and activity and also when to just offer treatment for pain. She knew this because she is a good listener. She listened carefully to me, to my family doctor, and to other specialists. She referred me for additional tests and she was able to pivot and adjust treatment when a new more serious diagnosis was discovered. My journey continues and I am happy that I know Hilary is there if I need her. Thank you Hilary!

I find Mark Stonehouse very knowledgeable with my injuries and has prescribed many home exercises that have helped immensely. I feel I am where I am because of his treatments. I find Mark and his staff compassionate, caring, accommodating, and professional in every matter. I just recently started with massage therapy with Erin Love to add to my treatments. Highly recommend both Mark and Erin. It is so lovely receiving both treatments in one clinic.

My knee injury required assistance to heal and although I had never experienced physio and was skeptical I was quite happy with my experience. The entire staff was welcoming. A special shout to in my therapist Brooke who was amazing. She listened and addressed my concerns in a positive, honest and fun manner. I was able to recover quickly with her assistance. Should I ever require physio again I would definitely return to GRO and to her. I would highly recommend Grand River Physio to anyone who is on need of this service. Cheers!

She was knowledgeable and patient and gave consistently good advice. She provided several different exercise programs and all were highly beneficial. I have much more flexibility and movement than when I started. I am continuing to monitor my own care now using the programs she suggested.

I have seen Mark, Hilary, and Karina and they were all wonderful. The physiotherapy exercises assigned were easy to understand and complete at home and the clinic was excellent at working around my schedule. Front desk staff is always kind and understanding over the phone and in person. Would recommend this service to anyone!
