Clean store. They should get a bigger location that includes Joe Fresh though. The town is growing and it feels a bit small when it's busy.

I picked up some fried chicken and taters from the hot deli They told me they had a deal on fried chicken I said that's great I'll take it They failed to tell me it was spicy And unfortunately that does not work for me

New years eve my son who works in Pc Order express was just fired. He is 15 as of yesterday. He missed 6 shifts apparently. The thing is, his schedule was changed within 24 hours and without notice. We have been told this is normal. Very unusual To have that kind of standard. How does anyone have plans. The app for the schedule never works. Its almost impossible to see the schedule unless I bring him in to look or he calls. I have witnessed there be nothing on his schedule when he gets viewing of it, also when he calls I hear the shifts being read out. You'd think if there was a change you'd be notified...I understand scheduling. I understand he was under his 90 days. I am not looking for his job back his work ethic and accountability is very good. I cant be upset with him about something out of his control. What I am wanting to do is bring this to the attention of those who run the store. There was zero coaching, nobody asked "you're calling for your schedule alot, do you need further training? Can we go over it again, lets see if your using the right browser," ect....nothing. these are kids totally unware of how to do this grown up thing. Another thing i want to bring to your attention is whoever is the store manager today. Is a bully and guilted my son, unprofessionally and passive-aggressive. I stayed out-of it because she would not speak if she knew I was there. Its completely disgusting. So zero coaching, no phone call with notice of schedule change, when not arriving at shift no phone call for accountability. This made his nights working a nightmare also having to work and fullfill orders alone. Its a terrible work environment. He also goes to a Guelph high school and I had requested multiple times that he start at 5 because his bus arrives home at 4 but he continued to be scheduled for 4. So we would have to leave work to go pick him up and get him to work on time. Anyway I just wanted to let you know this and perhaps for future students it can improve. I will be fing with the better business bureau. I

Nice and clean store. Only three stars however because my cashier accidentally charged me for another customer's lettuce . I don't have a problem with that; accidents happen.. but when I mentioned the mistake, she replied "There's nothing I can do. You have to go to customer service to get a refund." Fine, but I wasn't a fan of the remorseless attitude. I'm sure this young woman was just having a bad shift, but she should never speak to a customer in that tone. I was being totally agreeable so absolutely no excuses.

Zehrs is a great store. Unfortunately it is way too expensive for me to do my regular shopping there. I use it for specialty things. They make fabulous bread and donuts!

Variety with clean fresh produce. Healthy living habits at each corner. Huge Pharmacy and great staff.

Excellent shopping for food. Not the least expensive but usually allows only one stop for whatever you need. Nice and clean and no smells.

Organized. Friendly staff. Very clean. Prices a bit high, but the quality is worth it. Excellent beer and wine selections.
