★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the driver of their truck delivery person was driving reckless and dangerous. I hope someone can speak with the driver because that individual who was driving can seriously hurt themselves or others. The driver was cutting people off and was speeding like it was a drag race. Let's share the road and avoid this behaviour.

Shady is kind, considerate, caring and always eager to help with my parents prescription needs.
It's reassuring to have him as their pharmacist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing Pharmacy! The pharmacist does not charge more for brand-name medication whereas Saint Andrew pharmacy was charging me $50 a week. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Fergus!

Shady, is probably one of the most understanding and easiest person to talk to. And is knowledgeable on almost every thing you need. If he doesn't know something, he will find the most accurate information for you and take the time to explain it.
I moved out of the Fergus area. And I make the 40 minute drive to Grand River Pharmacy because of Shady and his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two pharmacists have made a difference in our lives -- Andy, who retired at Andy's Pharmacy and was wonderful, along with his wife -- and then there was Shady. His tenets of compassion and kindness, his thorough knowledge and his capacity to educate one about their medications and health concerns are what we truly appreciate. His staff is equally fabulous. You don't have to line up or come back an hour later, and when he answers the phone, he acknowledges you by name in a friendly, welcoming manner. Sometimes he takes the notion to do deliveries, just to stay in contact with his clients to see how they're doing. Who does that nowadays? So refreshing! It's obvious: We can't recommend Shady and his entire staff enough.
