Although I did not have any interactions with the staff at GPS Central on the phone/in person, I've stumbled across this store that specializes in GPS accessories and equipment. I saw that the watch band that I was looking for was in stock and made the purchase after looking at the reviews of this store. The processing of my order happened in a matter of hours after submitting my purchase and received the package in 3 days. I highly recommend GPS Central for any GPS related equipment. The staffs really care about turnaround time. One feedback that I would like to suggest for the business is to modernize the website. Although it was HTTPS, the first impression of the site may drive new customers away. Nonetheless, GPS Central got my support for future purchases with them.

Great selection and service. Locally run, so decided to give my money to them instead of big box store. NOT happy with no returns and in-store credit only. The item I purchased less than 24hrs ago went on sale at a big box store and since I already bought it for their “rock bottom price”, they won’t honour the sale, whereas other stores will honour sale pricing after purchase… may be local and great knowledge, but I value the option for price matching and returns should an item not fit the bill of what I’m looking for.
