★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a full ram system via their website and checked out. Five minutes later I got a call on my phone and a sales rep was on the line. Basically told me that he felt that I might have messed up with a sizing which was the case. He did the changes right away and got my order 1 business day later. So grateful that I made business with them. Excellent shopping experience.

Killer prices and delivery as promised so I have nothing but praise for these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a refurbished Garmin Edge 520 plus online and it arrived the next day. Very fast shipping. The unit itself doesn't look like it is refurbished at all, it still has the protective plastic sheet on it along with all the accessories/parts as described. Very happy with the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest that you avoid purchasing products from this organization. I returned the first product I purchased and overlooked the instructions and was charged over 22 dollars for using the original packaging in my return. When I brought forth my concern to customer service they repeatedly simply read over the policy word for word. I just think that there are more favourable ways to resolve an oversight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. They use fed ex for shipping. Waited a month and checked tracking fed ex says it's been delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere. Contacted gps city and they deny any responsibility saying fed ex already delivered it. Now I just lost my $200 dollars worth of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Says in stock and I order. Then check the order and it's backordered for over 2 months. Could have ordered from another place at the same time I bought an adapter that I needed to use it and saved the double shipping. Not cool. Won't be back.
