Also huge shout out to Mojtaba who walked me through the entire process. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a workout with modern equipment, a welcoming atmosphere and access to extra perks to create a well rounded fitness lifestyle!

The members who go there have also been respectful with cleaning the equipment after use. Can’t complain and overall happy with this location.

And I genuinely enjoy my coworkers and the effort many of them put in to make this gym top notch and offer great customer service! In terms of layout, the gym is huge with a great open concept, really nice group fitness studios and a pool, hot tube and steam room, which makes it my favourite GoodLife to train at!
R	R A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this location for the first time, and front staff was very open and welcoming and even gave me a tour of the gym which I appreciated so much. The second time I visited with my boyfriend, we asked again for a quick tour and guest pass as he was considering joining the gym with me. The staff member had him complete his information, wait a few minutes then in a dismissive manner came back and stated that as per their manager, appointments needed to made days in advance followed by a “No one has time to speak with you or show you around right now. So if you want to workout, it’s $25”. The interaction made us feel like we were not welcome. I have visited several locations in the recent past and have always been accommodated well as a new guest. We were excited to find a gym close to our new home and find quality personal trainers to work with however my bf and I were not happy with our first experience and he will likely not be coming back to this location due to the lack of customer service here. I’m disappointed and hope other new members aren’t brushed off the way we were.
K	Katherine Chekhter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time coming for 8:30 morning class we see floors like this (see attached pictures). Speaking about clean facility. I used to love this place. It was such a nice location under Extreme Fitness management. Now everything is changed for worse. I am only posting this because no one from the management cares. Everyone complains and no changes :( The class gym is always either to hot or too cold. Always water on the floor of washrooms and change rooms. Floor mats and dumbbells are worn out and never enough for all people in the class. Looks like there is no cleaning team on the site.
Y	Yep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gym all around with a great community, one thing I'm BEGGING for is more cable attachments, specifically for back and accessories like forearms it would be a life changer
C	Corey Silverman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently starting working out at a different gym. Goodlife did not communicate in any way that their rates were increasing to a ridiculous amount. If these were premier upscale clubs I can understand however they are not. when I inquired about the massive rate increase I was shrugged off and told nothing they can do contact head office. I urge everyone to shop around as significantly better rates with equal or more amenities can easily be found.
