Andy's passion for helping others is clear from the moment you walk in the door. The community is great with people coming from all across the GTA. The equipment is top notch. This is truly a place where health and self improvement are celebrated, and you really owe it to yourself to check it out!

I've been to many gyms over the years - commercial gyms, kickboxing gyms, and speciality gyms. What I've found about most class-style gyms is that they don't work out all parts of the body, consistently. Many of those speciality gyms don't think about how our bodies move in the real-world when developing exercises for the masses. For example, most of those gyms do cardio and chest most days per week, which is not ideal for those of us who sit at a desk all day for work. I found that I was never getting a challenging leg, back or strength workout. Andy, the owner of Rise Training Club has answered all of my prayers when it comes to what I'm looking for at a gym. At Rise Training Club, each class will be different and incorporate compound movements that exercise your entire body, so even though you're not doing cardio, you're still getting that cardio aspect in with your workout. My favourite part of the classes is the strength and power lifting portions! Most gyms aren't able to facilitate these moves, weights, etc. I also love that the circuits are challenging and incorporate everything I hate about doing circuits on my own. Andy makes it all a little competitive while still being fun! If you're an athlete, then look no further than Rise Training Club. Andy comes from an athletic background, he knows what muscles and exercises are effective in increasing athletic performance and strength - something I value when looking for trainers or gyms. If you don't want to think about your workouts, if you don't know what to do at the gym, if you don't like corporate gym culture, if you want to get some agility AND strength training in, and if you want someone to motivate you throughout your workout, then Rise Training Club is for you. There aren't enough good things I can say about this gym! I'm really looking forward to watching this place (and my strength) grow! Thanks Andy!

Rise Training Club makes me actually want to go to the gym! Trainer Andy is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I love that he can individualize or modify exercises as necessary, even within group training sessions. Definitely worth checking out!

Amazing gym with great environment and intense training. I personally enjoyed the workout classes as it was a great way to get fit with a team and others motivating you! I came here to improve my fitness, strength and stamina as an athlete.

Awesome place to get back in shape! Highly recommend. Owners/Trainers: Professional and do a great job of keeping their clients accountable to their goals Gym: Clean and with all the equipment you will ever need. Programing: Good mix of personal training and group classes that can met a variety of people's fitness goals. Smaller classes so more personal attention. Don't waste your time or money at big box gyms.

The environment and employees at Rise are extremely welcoming. The coaches make you feel comfortable in an environment that can initially be intimidating to many. It is a great place to start ones gym/wellness journey- in the most comfortable and fun way ever! Highly recommend.

This review is LONG overdue. My partner and I have been going to rise for over 1.5 years now. All of the trainers at Rise are truly amazing and become an integral part of our lives. It was really hard for us to find consistency when it comes to working out. The trainers at Rise changed this for us. I personally love the variety in work outs and it is truly never dull moment. Enough about the trainers, the Rise^ community is extremely inclusive whether you are new to working out or trying to become a stronger version of yourself. It sounds crazy, but Rise^ truly changed our lives for the better. We can’t be more thankful for all that they do.
