Dr was brief but efficient (which is fair for the amount of patients they probably see via cam chat) As an immunocompromised person during covid I appreciated NOT being pawned off to a walk in clinic or emergency room. Thank you so much Megan :) And Thank you Good Doctor's. This was a pleasant experience.

Then at ten to four I received a text reminding me about my appointment at two twenty that had already occurred (even though they did not have a doctor as I just. said). I would not use them again unless I had no other option. They also forced me to get my prescription at the pharmacy where the clinic was, even though they had asked for my pharmacy information as part of the booking process. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were very helpful though.
I	Iplywittrees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional nurse, but the experience isn't great. It's one issue at a time and the doctor barely speaks with you over webcam. I went three times for bloodwork and small issues. They seem to care about making money more than patient health. They used their pharmacy over my preferred pharmacy, and without asking me.
N	NIKKI P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great tele health system. Their tech is very bad, as the phone keeps getting cut and they don’t call you back after 2 times. Also my appointment for tele health was at 2:40pm and I got a call at 8:30pm and I didn’t even get a chance to talk about my medical concerns. They only address one issue per visit even though they are all small issues and even though u need blood work for those small issues. So we will have to book appointments multiple times for all those small issues and book our blood work appointments multiple times which is very frustrating. Nurse was polite and doctor seems to be good, but they only give you 10mins to address our medical issues and wrap it up.
T	T. V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment by phone, for the first time. At the time of the appointment my screen displayed a 1-855… number without ringing. Not knowing this number I didn’t answer not wanting to miss my appointment call. Noticed there was a message, I call them right back as they asked, but after over 20 minutes on hold no one answered! Very disappointed I rebooked it for next day! An hour before the appointment the nurse called from the local number to confirm the appointment. At the scheduled time no ring, but got a message from the doctor saying she would try again. My phone never rang again, but later I noticed a missed call from a “Private ID”. This time it was terribly disappointing, as I never got a chance to address my medical needs ! It seems they have some technical issues with their phone lines. Taking into an account critical shortages with available doctors in Kingston, other available services should insure that they are reachable and lines work PROPERLY!! I only hope they didn’t bill the OHIP for these calls, as no help was offered to me! ?

R	Rick Small on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came home from an appointment at Good Doctors, 728 Milford Drive and this was my experience: - Takes a minute to book an appointment online - Upon arrival the wait time was less than 5 minutes - The nurse is pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional - I was connected to the doctor via their web conferencing software within minutes She gave me a quick explanation of her assessment and recommended a prescription. - I filled the prescription at the on-site pharmacy and was out the door. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic!

Upon arrival, we have always been taken in at our scheduled time slot. Megan was very polite, respectful, professional and efficient in taking our history, medical symptoms, and linking us in with a virtual doctor. The doctors were always sincere and concerned with our medical issues, and referrals were completed quickly and completely. Megan also provided some health teaching and recommendations as per her allowable nursing scope. She was absolutely wonderful. We are very fortunate and thankful to have this service in Kingston, considering the generally poor state of primary care in the area.
