★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome, I bought my bike a couple of months ago and I love it. The staff are knowledgeable and professional, and seemingly always willing/ready to help someone in the shop. They pump your tires for free, and hold the door for you and your bike when you leave, its the little things folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great low pressure sales when I was shopping for a new e-mountain bike. They were truthful on options that suited my needs with no upsell. I took the bike for a test ride on the pathway right outside (and found a little trail hill off the side to test it properly! Got the bike dirty, but they were fine with that since that test was the clincher and I bought it!). I had a warranty issue within a week and the team at Goldstream expertly and quickly got the new part from Shimano and fixed it up within 2 days. I'm very impressed with the service and selection at Goldstream bikes and would recommend for sure.

The staff is very, very knowledgeable and it feels like they know what they're talking about. I find the prices to be quite great as well. Make sure you visit them for your biking needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise to find an in stock E Mnt bike in my size at a time when there is an acute shortage of bikes! I love my new bike and everything was perfectly adjusted and ready on time. I was very impressed with how organized and expert the shop and staff were. That they were all friendly and helpful made this one of the best bike shopping experiences of the year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped in for the first time this week and was very impressed with the customer service and reasonable prices. I got a flat tire changed same day, and the staff was so helpful with the whole process and laying out the options for me (not an experienced biker). There was some back and forth about replacing the tire plus the tube, and because I spoke to a couple different people throughout the day I was worried there might be some crossed wires, but a log of every interaction & call was printed on my emailed receipt for me to see, all accurate. I'll definitely be using Goldstream Bicycles for all my future biking needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been very pleased with the service from Steven and the team over the years. We've been buying bikes from the shop for 10 years now, we're about to purchase bike number 5! (One for me, one for my wife, an e-bike for commuting, one for the kids, and now a larger one as the kids get older)
For us, they've been extremely transparent with work to be done and always make sure that the bikes are able to be operated safely. We recently brought in a bike to be overhauled and add the tune ups for life, but instead of selling us the parts, doing the labour, and adding the tune ups for life (Would be getting near 500-600 I'd imagine with minimal cost on hardware) they were able to recommend a bike that fit our needs better and provided more long term value. The fee for inspecting the old bike was also waived! Thanks for the great service!
