★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay in this 2 level executive condo at the Reef in Victoria, B.C.. The location was perfect for walking to the waterfront amenities of Victoria harbour, the oceanfront parks, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and local shopping. The condo was clean when we got there'd easy to maintain during our stay. The building and property was very well maintained and landscaped. We appreciated the secure underground parking. Our experience with EMR Vacation Rentals was great right from signing up the rental, payment process, the greeting and close-up, and the follow-up after we left. We would definitely want to stay there in the future and would recommend the condo to our friends. Our only forewarning would be that the spiral staircase may make it a challenge for older tenants. We look forward to future visits to Victoria and other Vancouver Island locations and all the amenities that they offer.

Well outfitted kitchen and Absolutely everything you would need was there. The beach out front was spectacular! Lots of fun activities to do very close by too.

The location was central to Langfrod and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The communication with the property manager was seamless and quick. Anytime I texted him he replied immediately. I will definitely be returning for a long-term stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo was nicely located. Well stocked with all the essentials and more since there was a sauna in our room. The condo was actually larger than we needed with just the two of us, but we also had room to do our own things. The only downfall was that it would have been nice to have a tv available in another room, since I wanted to read by the fireplace and the hubby wanted to watch a show. We never had any trouble getting a parking spot while we were there in January.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was everything as advertised. Great location, fairly close to downtown Sidney (25 mins walking). Super clean condo. Enjoyed the sunshine sitting on the deck. Underground parking was great bonus. Used the fireplace lots, very nice. Maybe only drawback was 2 burner built in hot plate. Full stove would have been nice, but we managed. If we get the opportunity we will definitely stay here again. Would recommend.
Also EMR was very helpful and accommodating. Will also deal with EMR in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place we rented through EMR vacation rentals was great. It met all our needs and any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. The only critique I would have to give would be that the arrival time was later than most places and the time we had to leave was earlier than most places, but either than that it was an enjoyable experience.
