★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and receptionist. She seems to always forgets things. Maybe it's poor communication between her and the doctors. Email no response. Call no pickup. You basically have to walk in to follow up on stuffs they forgot to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a meet and greet with Dr. Bada as I was told she is taking new patients. Very cool reception right from the start. She was extremely abrupt and rude during the meeting. I left feeling very upset with how I was treated. I can understand why they are taking new patients if this is their normal behavior. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic and doctor should be reported to the College of physicians. As a “new” patient my two experiences were: for rude receptionist to make tele appointment and the doctor never called; calling to book another to have same rude receptionist hang up. Quick to get you as patient (for OHIP group money) yet you can’t see or talk to doctor and abuse from the only receptionist/medical assistant. Do you want this kind of health care? Run. Run. It’s better to go to emergency than go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a good experience so far. I've met Dr Osman in person. The admin staff were very professional and friendly in dealing with my arrival, and Dr Osman himself is a good listener who is patient focused.
The office was nice & clean.
Knowing I was waiting for results, the clinic went out of their way to reach me, which I really appreciated!
