★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome experience getting my bridesmaid dress tailored! My dress had cape sleeves down to the floor and she got it to just the right length! I realized that I needed some additional adjustments to the bust and she got them done quickly and for no extra charge! Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting my dress fitted and ready!
Came back later to get a jumpsuit altered for another wedding. Another fantastic alteration at a great price and speedy too! Definitely worth coming!

The hem lines are super clean and well stitched. Will definitely come again for future pieces even though I live in kanata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve 1 star, extremely rude replaced a poor quality zipper with the exact same one that didn't work obviously. When I asked about what should I do her response was "not my problem". I'm out a dress and 35$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! I told her what I assumed was wrong with the garment, and she went ahead and changed it knowing full well that something else was causing the issue!! And when asked about it afterwards she just said that it wasn't her problem. I take my garment to a "professional" hoping she could help fix it and this is what I get....a still broken garment and no refund....what a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought my Mackage jacket to be cleaned and when it was returned it had black stains all over the collar. When we told them, they took it back and it took over a month to get it back. When I finally got it back it had a smell like thinner and it had lost all the fluffiness. I took it out now to wear it as it’s a sling jacket and it lost all its fluffiness. They ruined my 1000$ jacket.
