In today's medical world and the restraints put on Doctors on the number of patients/appointments they need to maintain its incredible that this environment is so welcoming and flexible. I have been seeing my Doctor for nearly 30 years. The clinic has had its ups and downs and I have had differences with some staff over the years but I have never had one question about the integrity and the fact that the doctors, nurses and all staff go above and beyond for everyone.
C	Chris Warrender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this medical centre. I love my Doctor. Dr.J has been nothing but understanding, unjudgemental and a pleasure to be seen by her. My only reason for 4* rather than 5* is that in this day and age I would expect a better method of being able to contact the clinic/Dr. Their phones don’t allow a VM. There is no email service. There is no other way to contact them other than phone and it can sometimes be a frustrating wait to get through.

There is always an option to leave a voicemail. The burn out rate is very high right now. I was able to contact my Dr. and book an appointment within 10 days of calling in for a consult. 5/5. Thank you for being patient and understanding.

They never pick up the phones and you have to constantly keep tab to get answers. If you do get a hold of them they will give you an attitude. It’s sad that a place of care is not there when you need them. Please update the management and frontline staff.

In the past 2 years, I have run out my medications for PTSD, insomnia, anxiety, nerve pain, depression, agoraphobia 3 times and my pharmacy has been unable to get refills in a timely manner. Towngate staff with claims they have not received the faxes or simply do not respond to my pharmacy. This has resulted in me experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms of more than one medication SIMULTANEOUSLY … I ran out of my meds last week .. no refills left … asked my pharm to request refills (they ALL ran out at the same time and none had refills) … I called before I ran out.) … here it is a week later and I’ve been out since Saturday. Still no response from my GPS office. This also happens EVERY time with my sleep meds … all of these meds are taken as part of my service in the CAF.

Dr.Chan and the nurse take time answering to my question. I'm satisfied with the care that is provided to me and my baby.

But it’s also true that they are really really hard to reach by phone. You’ll have to keep trying. It’s a risk to patients who needs a refill shortly. So do send your request early on!
