The doctor was straightforward and to the point about my condition and we started treatment the day I came in. They are very kind people so I believe the other reviewers must not have been very respectful during their visit.

Got charged 3 times because we called 3 times each call lasted less then 5 minutes. Attitude of some admins there is so shallow. Too high up on there pedestal. Now wonder their rating is so low. Calling my doctor right now to be referred to someone else. Maybe they read this saying "Good riddance", which is fine by me, but the list of patients will go down as well and that cannot be a good riddance. In medicine, there are those who pick that field knowing it pays good and those who pick it because it's their calling. Teach your staff to be polite and treat patients with respect. We don`t need the attitude of a shallow moody teenager when we deal with admin that are supposed to be adults. You guys work with people, learn the skill! Making a complaint to the CPSO for further investigation.
V	Vanessa Rowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: The clinic just called me threatening to take legal action against me if my below review is not deleted by the end of the day! ? Love it when a professional medical establishment tries to intimidate or silence clients. Dr. Bose was amazing but the management and clerical staff here have left a sour taste in my mouth, causing me to never come back. 1) My first time going to this clinic, the receptionist was extremely impatient and rude, she hung up on me before I could even thank her for directions to the office. 2) I waited 30 minutes past the time my appointment was scheduled to see the dermatologist. 3) The office does not offer appointment confirmations by phone. They emailed me a reminder 7 days before my appointment, asking me to confirm my appointment which I did NOT do. After explaining my situation to the manager (Kathy), I was informed that the reminder email is sent as a "curtesy" to patients. In my case, the email was sent to an unmonitored inbox which resulted in a $100 no-show fee which must be paid if I want to continue treatment with my dermatologist, despite me never having confirmed my appointment.

The wait time was minimal and the reception area was clean and tidy and not overcrowded. The examination room was clean, and tidy and I didn't have a wait long for Dr. Gill who was pleasant, kind, and helpful.
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient process. Doctors are pleasant to deal with. The young lady at reception named Joanna make the experience overall a breeze and it’s refreshing going into somewhere and being properly greeted and made to feel welcome. Highly recommend !

I saw Dr. McEvoy for a consult, she was lovely! She seemed very passionate about her job, and really took the time trying to find a solution for me. There were three female receptionists when I was there, all seemed nice and I was greeted by one of them, she was very friendly. When I booked my appointment over the phone the receptionist sounded new, so maybe they are replacing the receptionists that everyone is complaining about. There are self check in kiosks too.
J	James D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff are awful and rude. I showed up for my appointment only to be told eventually after 10 minutes of them searching that they had canceled it. I asked why I wasn't notified the male receptionist, the rude one, told me things happen. I have to speak to the office manager she had the same response. When they charge customers a huge fee for missing an appointment I asked why they felt it was okay not to notify patients when their appointment was canceled. There was no apology there was no sense that they cared. The arrogant male receptionist told me that if I wanted to continue to argue about it they would refuse to see me as a patient and I should leave the building. People go here because they want medical Care and they have no choice not because it's a decent place to go. Update: Hilarious response from Vital implying that I'm lying about my experience. Instead of listening to all the criticism they attempt to paint their patients as dishonest! Read all the similar reviews to mine below

There was this young lady named Joanna at the reception desk who was so bubbly and friendly. She made me feel very welcome. As long as you show up on time to your appointments, the process is smooth and easy!
