Extremely hygienic and well maintained, and all staff are extremely friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate you - Nicole at the front desk especially deserves a shout out for 10/10 customer service. Nurse Katerina is really great at what she does as well. Overall great pricing, great service, friendly attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 days ago I had a breast reduction with Dr Chitte. Today was my first post op appointment. Dr Chitte was personable, professional and kind. He was able to make me feel very calm about the surgery through all steps from consultation to the 1st post-op. The work he did looks great and is healing well. The surgical team made the day of surgery go very smoothly by being personable, kind and attentive. 100% recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and informative my first consultation and my follow up phone check ups with Katrina to monitor my progress with Accutane have been very positive. Every question I have is answered and if I reach out the response is always timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with a doctor and she was super kind and super knowledgeable, truly loved my experience with her. However, the secretary that helped me out really threw me for a loop. There's a cancellation policy where we get charged if we cancel within a few days/hours (not sure) of the appointment itself. I received a call midway through the day before my appointment saying I needed to move it or have it completely cancelled. This appointment was booked months in advance and I had to take time off as well as my boyfriend as the centre is super out of the way and I needed a ride. The receptionist was able to remedy the issue but sounded annoyed that I was not able to amend the time on such short notice, even though I work full time. Unfortunate that the service is so anxiety inducing to receive when all the doctors are so amazing and good at their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. I'm so glad I reached out to Patricia who then connected me to Nathan for a consult. They are so knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my skin concerns. I've recently started the Vivier Signature Program and my skin is reaping the benefits. Although it may take a few weeks to start seeing results for my fine lines, my skin has already started to have some glow to it and the daily moisturizer is so light and refreshing. It literally hugs my skin. So far, I'm really satisfied with my purchase and look forward to putting my skin first.
