Lynn and the in house doctor are absolute sweethearts and very very very competent! The place is so clean and well taken care off, I really liked the wall color..I know it sounds dumb but it's calming. The place is huge, I was surprised at how big it actually is, it looks tiny from outside but man...it surprises. They have a good range of services and they use very competent ladies to perform them. I highly recommend that place!!

Super happy with the end results. As a blonde I requested very light subtle brows and she did exactly that. Overall impressed and happy with my experience. Additionally, a clean, quiet, and friendly clinic. Will be going back to keep my skin refreshed.

Alexis and Lynn have provided services that are top notch. They are honest and let you know which treatments are for your skin and which treatments will not work. Next, doctor Gibbons, I can not get over how she will not overdue any of her procedures. She believes in less is more and she is absolutely correct. If you have not tried the outstanding sevices at this clinic, then you're missing out on the best!

She was very attentive to all of my needs during the time we spent together. I was asked right away if I wanted anything to drink and how they could make my appointment as comfortable as possible. My manicure and pedicure lasted over 2 weeks which was amazing! I would go back in a second!

Growing up I’ve always had acne but when I got older it turned into cystic acne and for those who have cystic acne you know how extremely painful they are. That’s because of my anxiety I picked up my skin and created scars along my cheeks and jawline. I’ve seen many dermatologist skin specialists acne specialist and no one has been able to help my skin without either making it worse. From the moment I walked in Alexis was so understanding she was very kind she was non-judge mental the fact that she reached out and touched my skin actually brought me to tears in front of her. Since then I can confidently say that my skin has gotten a lot better to the point where I am 100% comfortable going out without no make up on despite having the scars on my face. My cysts come but mostly around my time of the month and the products that she has recommended I’ve been using religiously and I can say that they do work if you have a bit of patience. Her entire staff are very knowledgable and they often come in for training because my skin was so complex. I never felt uncomfortable I never felt judged I never felt criticize and she and her staff are LGBTQ and trans friendly!! I would recommend Alexis and her staff to anyone in Ottawa looking to rejuvenate your scanner just to feel better about themselves. Alexis is knowledgable in the Viver skin Care line to the point where she is an educator and she tests out a lot of the new products before they become available to us patients. I wouldn’t trust anyone with my skin or confidence !
