rudest front desk worker. didn’t explain what i had to do to upload requisition properly and was full of attitude. she was sitting on the first chair when you walk in. 0 people skills, manners or patience.

My appointment went smoothly, most because I online checked in, the only criticism I have is that they need more staff and a bigger place to accommodate the amount of people they seem to see each day. I'm not sure if its every day but there was also a long line outside as I was leaving. Overall, a much better experience than the 3 rubbish dynacares I tried to go to last Thursday. This was a breath of fresh air so thank you.

I had an online appointment booked for 3pm today. I received a text confirmation. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told they did not have my name on their list so I would have to wait for another 50 minutes. I asked for the Manager. There is no Manager as they are a corporation, so I was told. I verbalized my displeasure to their Non-Manager. This is not the first time they have messed things up. It just keeps getting worse in the service area. They treat people like cattle and exhibit no remorse or compassion. Tomorrow I will go to Life Labs at the Riverside Hospital where they show their wait times which are geniune wait times. Today the longest wait time was 10 minutes. I guess that is the difference between using a professional company rather than the untrained and uncaring group at Dynacare.

Very poor service. Horrible handling. At first, she said to wait an hour and a half, and when the hour and a half ended, she said maybe wait another two hoursβ€”an extraordinary thing. Our times belonged to them. When I was upset and trying to explain to her that I had a flight, I needed to go to the airport, she gave me my papers and said it was not my fault.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Checked in online at 8:30am, arrived promptly at our scheduled time of 9:30, and yet our time kept getting pushed back by 30-40 minutes. 11:30 and we are still here and waiting. Service has been rude and frazzled, completely disorganized, packed waiting room of equally confused and frustrated patients. I keep overhearing staff saying things such as β€œOh weird, I don’t know where your paper went” or β€œOops, I texted you by accident, we’re still not ready for you for at least another hour”. The worst part was the slowly increasing wait time, so we could never be sure of our actual estimated time (to leave and come back, for example).

They lost my sample. Been following up since few days, nobody is ready to take ownership of their mistake and claimed they don't have any record of it. I am sure they have CCTV and can check it. Delay in result can be understandable but loosing sample is highly irresponsible and inefficient. Still waiting for lab manager to call me after complaining twice to customer service. Have to repeat the whole process again of getting requisition to waiting for results. In short, a small mistake by whoever costed me 20 days delay in my treatment.

Very bad service. And the lady who does the registration so rude. I originally registered at 9:30 am she told me to come back in 40 minutes. I returned at 10:15am saying they are ready for me. But I had to wait another 40 minutes. Terrible service. The lady is very aggressive and rude. I observed her while waiting another 40 minutes not even a one smile came out of her face. Terrible service
