★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, zero star experience. I booked weeks in advance and checked in on online, when I arrived I was told my car was not available but I could have a pick up truck.
I was then told that my account was blacklisted from a bill from 3 years ago that was sent to an old address. Note that when I returned the car Globe had indicated the bill was paid in full and they had my credit card on file.
This car was booked weeks in advance online for a vacation with family that was coming from out of town.
I was left with no recourse. No car on a busy March break and had a cancel our ski vacation with our family including kids from out of town. I offered for my husband to book the car but they flat out refused.
Avoid this company or risk not having a car when you arrive.

Edit to reply to owners response- I received no communication from globe auto regarding the unpaid bill. As mentioned I paid the bill in full and they did have my cc and phone number and email on file and never contacted me. I was shocked to receive a message from a collections agency which I paid immediately. If Globe was unwilling to rent me a car, they should have let me know at time of booking. Again we are surprised and disappointed to be refused service.

Head office management , bad, rude , liars , they will blackmail you if you put a honest bad review , shame on you i tried to be extra nice ,and i gave you a second chance to fix things but....

I had the feeling they were really pushing hard to get me to rent a more expensive car and to pay for gas in advance so I was not super happy about that, but otherwise good.
