★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the friendly & knowledgable staff. The doctor that gives me my cortisone injections on either side of my spine is very friendly and fully explains what he will be doing. Considering several other places I’ve been, this is by far the best place I’ve been … highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not recommended!!! Especially if you are planning on having your spouse come into your ultra-sound appointment with you!!!! We drove in an hour and a half and the husband was not aloud to be apart of the ultra-sound!!!! Will NOT use them again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this place. I went 3 times , 3weeks in a row for my ultrasound bcz they said that my baby wasn’t interacting good to see all the details, and they booked me for the forth week, but it’s good I went to the dr and all the ultrasounds were wrong bcz measurements varied like crazy between a week and another.
Upon those ultrasounds the baby free 3cm in only 1 week!!!!!
And I had to redo everything all over again . We live in a small town & I was driving 2 hours each time to get wrong measurements.
So disappointed never again.
Maybe they should hire some professionals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, clean, friendly, efficient clinic. I previously had cortisone treatments at another Spruce Grove radiology clinic and for the first time the treatment was virtually pain free, what a surprise. 5 out of 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. I had severe pain in my shoulder so they gave an immediate appointment for x-rays and ultrasound. Then another appointment for the injection. Thank you all for relieving me from that bad pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. This place is terrible. My wife had her gender ultrasound today and I was told I could come. Let me very clear when I say this. Fathers: if you would like to miss the entire ultrasound and sit in the waiting room for over an hour please feel free to waste your time. My wife was watching the entire time and I was not allowed in the room due to "privacy reasons" uhm excuse me? I have seen this woman birth a child and I can't come into our gender ultrasound? Oh that's right, I was allowed in. For seriously no more than two minutes at the end. my wife already found out the gender before I got to the room. It ruined my experience. We will never back be back and I encourage you to use other services. Our first born was done at MIC and it was incredible. I was in the room right from the start! Hope this helps a future family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is definitely covid-19 aware. The entrance is a little redundant as two people take your temperature and then ask you to walk over and touch 1 of 3 touchscreens that Werner sanitized between persons using them to confirm tour appointment. Not sure what the other person at the front does!? The place has a lot of staff around however, weren’t very welcoming as I stood I the window with my appointment sheet in hand while they griped about interoffice politics. I would recommend going somewhere else that may actually want you to feel welcome which is weird because they work in health care....the location is not in a very great spot either, hidden around the corner to the east nestled up to an empty field near the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for my first 3 ultrasounds of my first pregnancy. Twice they calculated dates wrong for when I was to book my future ultrasounds. While waiting for my appointment, lots of office gossip was brought up and very loudly. Front desk staff was pretty short with myself and other patients. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the first tech I had for 2 appointments. Wish I could remember her name. 2nd tech was rude throughout my whole appointment. My husband wasn't allowed to come in until the last few minutes. I always requested to not see the baby until my husband was in the room and that was never done. My best friend was pregnant at the same time as me and always went to MIC. She was always allowed a support person from the second she stepped into that building. Ended up telling my delivery dr and even they said they don't like referring people to Glenwood. Went to MIC for my 4th ultrasound and WOW what a difference. Definitely worth the drive. Even if you live in this area and it's convenient... It's just not worth it.
