H	Hailee chomyc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I ever visit!! I been with them for 2 years! One doctor was so rude to me he actually made me cry. Thank God for the amazing Receptionist. My doctor was hardly ever in. Then he just resantly left the practice. Sent out a letter to everyone say the other doctors will take his patients. I seen a doctor after. Now they will no longer take me as they are not taking new patients. But I seriously seen at least 4 doctors from there cause my doctor was never in. New? I am old!! And don't get me started on them never answering my phone calls!!
B	Brianne Doyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was seeing a doctor in regards to really awful migraines. He asked me to get my eyes checked, so I did and had perfect vision. Even went to an eye specialist to make sure that they were not the cause. So he tells me he will refer me to a neuro specialist so they can run tests, but in the mean time I should try a natural supplement that helps migraines. I asked where to get it and he told me "probably somewhere on the internet". This was in June. I never heard from the specialist so I called back today (November) in regards to my referral and the receptionist told me he no longer works here, there's no referral in my file and I have to call back next month to book an appointment with a new doctor in January. I understand that he is gone, but frustrated I was never informed, and now I have to wait 2.5 more months before my referral even gets put through after dealing with the pain for over a year now. Not to mention I'm sure the wait list to see the specialist is even longer :(
C	Chelsea Blair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncaring. Left me high and dry. I tried to make an appointment and was told that my regular doctor no longer practices and I can't get an appointment. They told me it was MY FAULT I no longer had a family doctor because I should have made a meet and greet appointment with a new doctor a long time ago. I explained that I didn't know I was supposed to do that because no one told me my doctor had left. They explained they could see the error in my file and confirmed that I didn't get the letter explaining the situation. THEN, they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to go somewhere else. At the moment, no one in Spruce Grove is accepting new patients. The lesson here is that due to their administrative error, I no longer have a family doctor.
D	Daniel Tarrant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful experience. Difficult to get through on the phone with long automated messages and even longer on hold. Doctors are never on time, I’ve waited as long as an hour after my appointment time before being seen. Doctors don’t listen to patient concerns. My last appointment was the final straw for me. I’ll be finding a new Doctor, even if I have to go into Edmonton. Had an appointment Friday, told the doctor I’ve been off work for 3+ weeks with a chronic cough due to Covid Precautions in my workplace. Told the doctor I was out of sick time. The doctor barely examined me, only listened to a few breaths. Then gave me an x-Ray requisition. Had to wait over the weekend for a Monday morning appointment, then I was told my doctor wouldn’t get multiple x-ray report until Thursday because the doctor didn’t rush the results. So I booked an appointment for Thursday morning. A day later, they called and bumped my appointment…. I guess this clinic doesn’t care about mental health, financial stress or actually relieving chronic cough since I’ll of had 3 appointments over a full week. Absolutely would not recommend this clinic or any of the doctors I or my family have seen.
R	Rae Moberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is never there in person. I have seen him maybe 2 in the last 4 years! How can he be a family doctor if i constantly see other doctors! The wait time are terrible. It's not uncommon to wait 15 + minutes on hold just to book an appointment. Usually I get so fed up that I hang up before it goes any longer.

I have always been able to connect to a receptionist quickly. I have also started seeing a new GP at this clinic. The staff at both the clinic and radiology have been kind, thorough and timely in responses. I want to give an especially big thank you to everyone for accommodating me with my service dog, and especially Manzila during my appointment today. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
T	Tracey Gilmour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lodged a complaint with the clinic 4 months ago after the clinic removed me from their patient list. I had an appointment to meet a new doctor after my previous doctor left the province. After several months of waiting for the appointment the clinic rescheduled at the request of the doctor. Unfortunately the clinic did not confirm this change with me and so of course I missed the appointment. I was told that I was no longer welcome as a patient at the clinic because I missed the appointment. I have since called three times and asked at the front desk in person twice to speak to the clinic manager and every time I am told that they will contact me and that there is nothing more that I can do. This is very disappointing since it is near impossible to find a doctor in this area. I have never missed an appointment before and feel that the clinic has treated me unfairly and the clinic manager has not responded in a timely manner. I very rarely post a negative review for any service but the clinic has refused to respond to my complaint.
S	Samantha Rasmussen-Connolly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I usually wouldn’t leave a review because sometimes you just don’t click with a doctor but this has been terrible. I waited over 3 months for my first appointment because my mom said that this doctor was so thorough and was worth the wait. I get a call that it was being switched to a phone appointment which I don’t like but oh well. I had the phone appointment and was told I had to be seen in person to go over my prescriptions to get refills. So then I have to wait two more weeks for that appointment. Was finally seen today and was told to come back in three more weeks to get refills for my prescriptions. I am shocked at how unhelpful this doctor was.
