★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased many parts and some service over the past 20 years or so and have always been treated right by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. This in spite of the fact that I have never (not yet!) purchased an RV from them. A well run business in an industry that sometimes suffers from the lack of a professional approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a new trailer. Had to return twice for the walk through. Still don't know much they need a clip board or they forget all kinds of things. Never deal there again.

Went out of their way to help me.
Other employees I dealt with were also very nice.
Squeezed me in to fix my issue last week and again this week for my buddies trailer as well.

1) "yeah, we've got some RV covers, sorry I can't really tell you what brand or price they are"
2) "sorry your bearing cover flew off on the 10km trip home from your $700 bearing and brake service. We definitely didn't cause it. You can buy a new bearing cover for $10"

Not only did Roger our salesman treat us with patience, respect and honesty (especially when delivery was delayed due to supply issues at the factory due to the pandemic) but the guys who came to deliver and install our new trailer were phenomenal. Extremely friendly and efficient service all around!
