We purchased a 2019 crossroads and the salesman Ron was very knowledgeable about it and all of our other new and used choices. He is very helpful, laid back and put zero pressure on us making the whole deal fun for me and my Family.
Neil in the finance department and the sales manager are very easy to talk to and walked us through everything very professionally without pushing us into anything we didn't need or want, all while helping keep our kids entertained after hours.
When we picked the outfit up a week or so later the guys in the shop went through it with us thoroughly and did a great job noting and dealing with any deficiencies from factory. They helped get our equalizer hitch setup to get us on our way, the whole time the sales team was coming out to make sure things were going well. Top tier service all the way around.
We will be repeat costumers without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you actually dealt with someone the service was fine, but follow up and communication wasn't great, told you'd be called back and always left or needing to chase it up. Tried going for a pre-approval and nearly worked out but the unit ended up getting sold a couple days prior. I was left being told that they were trying to work with a consignment, and was gonna call me back that afternoon still haven't heard anything only been 7 days since last communication and being told I would be called back that afternoon.. guess I'll have to shop elsewhere.

We are moving across Canada, not vacationing, and in these winds...all we wanted was a ladder and tools to do it ourselves. Thx for nothing ! Good luck with your business in service (?)
UPDATED: To the owner, your response is appreciated however not one staff member offered any information, nor did they mention about techs owning their own tools. Someone is not owning up to the so called service you are stating. Hopefully, this will be used as a training tool.
