★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up our NuCamp Trailer on April 28th. 100% satisfied with the unit. Staff were great, friendly and easy to deal with. A big shout out to Nicole and Greg, for all their help and support during this process. Seems they are the face of the dealership and the service dept. If I could make one recommendation is whomever is responsible for the dealership is to have some customer interaction. It goes a long way to feel as a valid customer and ensure customer satisfaction. Added note: I forgot to mention Peter our salesman. He is very easy going and not pushy. I have to give him a big thumbs up remembering that I asked if I could get a colour change in the very early months of the process. Unfortunately he said sorry because this was an order already put in for delivery…but many months later due to some delays he called me back and said “ you mentioned you’d like a colour change if possible” Well we got exactly the colours we wanted and it made us really appreciate the dealership and staff…again…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In July 2020, we purchased a new travel trailer from Platinum RV, and the purchase experience was easy, friendly, and flawless. Unfortunately, a few months after receiving our new trailer, we experienced the major failure of the glycol based heating system, as well as several other issues. We had a series of floods inside the camper from the heater, as well as other leaks related to the fit and finish of the trailer.
Despite extensive delays due to the Covid19 pandemic, the team at Platinum RV did everything they could to placate us while sourcing the parts to repair our trailer, but ultimately the residual damage from the floods was irreparable. Platinum RV then negotiated on our behalf with the trailer manufacturer to organize a replacement trailer for us at no charge. They worked on this solution for nearly 18 months, and our new new trailer was delivered yesterday.
We're thrilled with the after-purchase support offered by this dealer, and are confident that they are an outlier among RV dealers.

The cost was better than all the other dealerships I visited, and they are very honest, thank you Peter.
The RV was setup perfectly, Craig went over everything when I picked up the unit and is beyond an expert in the RV business.
Nicole and assistant (sorry, never got your name) are fantastic, they made sure everything was in order for the pickup date and answered ALL my questions...lol, thank you ladies.
Tim was awesome in helping out with the final trailer connections and connectivity, just like Craig, he really knows his stuff.
Overall, I would and have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and will definitely be doing business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to share how smooth things went purchasing my new Bushwacker 15 FK at Platinum RV. I picked it up on a Monday with a detailed demo at the shop and left for Florida on Tuesday. The unit has worked beautifully. Used the furnace a few nights on the way down and air conditioning for the next 2 weeks in Florida sunshine. Love it!
