General manager refused to service my Thor motorhome because I imported it from the USA. Was left to jump through hoops to get the manufacturer to authorize recall service from an unauthorized dealer instead.

Very pleased with The Hitch House. We purchased our first motor coach this year - starting with the process of choosing and ordering a year ago. They were top notch in every respect. Mike Barton was our sales rep - Aimee in finance and warranty information; Paul, Jon and Chris in the service area - have all been extremely helpful getting us through introduction to owning and operating our new motor coach. This is a business that has been in our area a long time - multiple generations - family owned and operated - but this is the first time we’ve been served by them. We can see why they have a solid reputation for sales and service.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly they greet you with a smile. The building is very clean and is well maintained. They have a lot of supplies for your RV. Many different sizes of RVs to choose from and buy. Got to come and see for yourself the amazing choices you have.

Do not take your Motorhome here for servicing! We informed them we were going on a long trip and to go over everything to make sure we have a safe trip. $1100 later and our Serpentine belt blew on the i75! How could that be missed? It was obviously partly shredded when they had it in the shop. Took two days off our trip waiting for the part in Kentucky. They also charged us $60 to spray down the steering wheel for COVID and $77 to check our tire pressures!! Total rip-off!

Unreal. We ask them in October to fix electrical and put in stationary steps on Road Trek plus detailing. Well we can store our Van anyplace but decided to pay over $200 a month till April. UNDERSTAND they had van October-April. I specifically asked β€œall I care about is the detailing we are giving LOTS OF TIME please please make sure detailing gets done PLEASE” I said to manager. I also said maybe it be good to keep employees busy in winter. Of course we picked up a dirty van. Omg I was so so upset. My husband emailed 2 -3 weeks before to remind them about detailing. He received email a week before pick up telling us the detail department is to busy. When we arrived we had to wait as van was in getting summerized. They had time for that. We didn’t even ask or approve for it. 150 plus for that on a B class. Some electrical not completed. Complaint made day after pick up. No response. The good part was running boards got installed and some other tasks completed

I stopped by here today, and was thoroughly impressed, staff are courteous, knowledgeable and clearly care about their customers. Their COVID safety precautions are impressive and thorough. A really pleasant shopping experience. They had what I wanted in stock, and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
