Excavation, Land Surveys, and all Permits are homeowners responsibility. Sales team, and project coordinator were available to assist with guidance during this process.

Laura and the team at Guildcrest walked us through the entire process: concept, design, timeline, delivery and even years after they are still checking in on us to make sure we are happy. Workers didn’t tighten the faucet in the tub so it flew off during the first shower and damaged the bottom of the tub. The repair looks terrible and I’ve been told that nothing will be done about it because the tub was in perfect condition when it left the facility. I was told the repair was done up to standards so they didn’t have to replace the tub. It wouldn’t be damaged if it was installed properly. And, of course, my emails are ignored. We’ve purchase another piece of property and we will not use Bartie Build Design for our next house. I do not recommend this company.
d	diane wicks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Barrie Build and Design was fantastic. Right from the start when we walked in to inquire, we met Adam. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our lack of experience in pre-fabricated homes. We plummeted with him questions and he answered all of them and explained the entire process from start to finish. We were very excited to start the process. Appointments were set to design and plans were underway. Final plans were in and Adam went thru the detailed plans with pride and professionalism. After the plans are finalized, Adam passed us over to Al the site supervisor in case we had any other questions. We were in good hands; Al was knowledgeable in all aspects and was very communicative with us throughout the whole process. With the house landing on the site in mid Sept, right thru to the day we moved in. All the trades people were absolutely amazing.... they were all very skilled in their profession. We are very grateful to everyone who contributed to making our dream Lakehouse such a beautiful site. with thanks to Adam (finance and planner), Shannon (executive assistant to everyone), Al (on site project manager) , James and Tom (Drywallers, fixers of everything), Petr and his crew (assemblers of the modules), Peter - Dalrymple (concrete), Terry and his crew (plumber), Tim (flooring and tiling), Ryan and his team of 4 (siding experts).
