This company has a great line of products with good quality but unfortunately they lack in customer service which ruins the whole experience. The service was great when we were picking out our setup and placing our order but ever since that day the customer service went downhill. I put in a big order for a built-in barbecue setup more than 2 months ago and we have yet to receive the items or even a delivery date. I have tried to call them multiple times over the past several weeks to receive updates but they never answer the phone and the few times they do answer the phone I get unhelpful answers. They always say they will let me know of any updates or information but they never contact me. I even contacted our sales representative directly and still no answer. I have left voicemails and even asked another employee to leave a note for my sales rep and still nothing. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Summer is around the corner and I am waiting on these items to start work on my backyard. I should not be chasing after this company to get simple updates on the status of my order!

Awesome BBQ's! Staff was very friendly and respectful. Took the time to walk us through the selection. Went with the full deal. They assembled and the unit was spot on time. fair pricing for top quality item. Transaction was flawless right down to placing in the truck for pickup. And this BBQ is W O W!! If ya like steaks or chops you have to get the sear burner option, its a game changer! Would go six stars, hats off from the "fishin" guy!!

Honestly, such great service. Our associate was very kind and had a great product knowledge. Took his time with us as we deliberated on a few products. Offered us options on installation, and add one, etc. All in all, very happy with my experience here.

I would never recommend Napleon to anyone, we are going on 3 years of waiting on a wood stove, we had warranty issues with the stove we had purchased. They said it needed replaced, after 2 years of chasing them, they never called or updated, they would not answer their phones, we had to actually go there to get answers. No One ever knew what was happening. After all that, got given the wrong stove, and we’re back to chasing them, them never answering the phone again. We use propane to heat our home, hence why we use a wood stove as propane costs are insane, at the moment. So to be given the run around by a huge company is extremely frustrating. We don’t have this stove hooked up as we are still waiting on the correct stove, as we sit here and spend even more money to heat our home, for a company not to return phone calls. It’s pretty pathetic when you have to consistently drive there to speak to someone just to get answers about what is happening. For a big company their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Like 3 years of this, for one stove. We’re looking at taking this higher and speaking with managers or more,it’s become ridiculous. Save your money and go else where

I bought a Napoleon fireplace from Lowe's when I went to install it. The glass broke that was back in December. I have been trying to get a replacement for the glass for the last 6 months and it is taking forever. I am very very disappointed with the fact that I can't get a piece of glass for a brand new fireplace. I have had to go purchase another fireplace and take the glass out of that and order to have it complete for my basement renovation. Brian has been very good to deal with but his hands are tied with a manufacturer. I don't understand why they would sell a product that they can't have replacement parts for. Furthermore, the code for the replacement glass in the manual is incorrect. Napoleon is supposed to be very well-known company and a local one, but I am very disappointed in my first product that I bought from them at the time of this writing. I am still waiting for my glass. Update The power of reviews. Napoleon online contacted me about the problems that I was experiencing. They were able to find a piece of glass somewhere in Ontario and have it delivered to the main office within a few days. I wanted to thank the warehouse personnel and all of the staff who took the time to look into this matter. They were very helpful and very professional. I now have my basement fireplace renovation complete

Extremely happy with the exceptional customer service from Mike at Napoleon. He was very kind over the phone and had great knowledge of all Napoleon products. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a lot of valuable information. Mike helped us purchase a new 9700 series furnace. I would strongly recommend dealing with Mike for all of your BBQ/furnace/fireplace/AC needs! We are very happy with Napoleon Home Comfort - Barrie after this amazing experience!

Bought the Vector Series gas fireplace 5 or 6 months ago for our new home being built ($10k+). When the time was right, we booked the install with Napoleon ($1500) My builder reviewed the manual and noticed a big "X" if you want to have the TV placed above it. (The fire place is 62" wide) Reached out to my sales guy to figure out a solution. I was told we need a dynamic heat control kit, so we bought it. Installer came and I was told that to use the dynamic heat control kit we require non-combustible steel during our first installation? The goal was to have the TV as close to eye level as possible, we had approx. 5-7 months to plan for this installation. Unfortunately, we never discussed strategy or what our vision was. I don’t know much about fireplaces, and I know even less about dynamic heat controls. A 5 min conversation at the very beginning of this process would have made this whole process easily 5 stars. My sales guy was really nice and so was everyone that I dealt with. Poor communication or lack of knowledge is where I remove 2 stars could have been 3 based on the price tag. I’ve ran out of time now and the fireplace needs its finishing touches. My TV now has to be higher which is the opposite of our vision. In the future, ask the customer what their goal or vision is and use your experience and knowledge to help them achieve it. Communicate with each other and this poor result can be avoided very easily.
