Highly recommended Update Sept.3 2021 I'm still proud to say I'm still not smoking thank you Ontario Laser Health. I'm sending friends down from Cochrane, On where I just moved too because Timmins, On quit smoking treat center closed down :/

Between the treatment ,the cleansing recipe and coping tools it was easier than I expected ,especially after being a heavy smoker for 30 years. Thanks Ontario Laser Health.

Tried quitting multiple times and various ways but still smoked. I am now cigarette free 8 years today. Don't get me wrong, it wasnt easy, but this was was the easiest. And, when I was really on the edge, I came in for a booster and .... 8 years. A coworker has now been quit for 7 but this is not his review. Try it, if you really want to quit.

I am able to be around smokers and not have even a twitch of craving. I love my smoke free life and couldn't be happier!!!!

Staff was great with explaining everything ensuring I was understanding. Thanks very much for helping me become a non smoker. I am 1 month smoke free and love how the staff does a scheduled follow ups and ensures they will be taking to you at ...... today I stopped in as I was passng by and was so happy to walk in and say thanks very much I'm 1 month smoke free. I was greeted by a happy staff member who said that's awesome I am so happy to update your file. And she went over my process and asked how I was feeling overall and how everything has been going. Thanks again and I will update at my 1 year.

I remember it was hard the first couple days and I went back on day 2 for a booster which really helped. After that I never looked back and never even considered smoking again.
