Our very old furnace decided to die on Jan. 11th, one of the coldest days in 2022 of course, and after calling few places, Amira came through for us. She called me back and was able to schedule a technician, Idris, to come out within an hour that night. Idris was happy, patient and very informative to answer all of our questions and recommended the Byrant brand which is perfect for our need. I would definitely use LaFontaine again in the future!

After calling several companies, Lafontaine Mechanical gave us the best price and were able to come the same day to remove the old and install our new furnace. Idris and Ravi were excellent. We could not be more impressed. Highly recommended.

I phoned up this company and they were extremely helpful in getting a crew over there the same day to check the furnace and find out which one I needed. They arrived during the time expected as I had tenants in the house which was great! They completed the work the following morning with utmost professionalism and my tenants were so happy with the outcome, they had heat back up and running in no time at all. They stated that Idris was professional, courteous and got the job completed in a timely fashion. There we no hidden surprises with cost, what the receptionist quoted me over the phone was the end payment. I would recommend this company to anyone having any HVAC problems. The receptionist was extremely helpful in coordinating everything and was always in touch with me via text. I knew exactly what was going on at any time in the process. Our furnace died recently, during one of the coldest weekends of the winter so far, they provided us with a quotation immediately and they came out to install the new furnace on the Monday. They were able to put a crew at my house the following morning performing the install! Mind blown!!! I thought I’d be waiting for weeks but they managed to accommodate me and my families urgent need.
