calisthenics, I found the top form fitness page. Josh & I began training together beginning January 2019 & have not quit since. Mr. Hewitt is always tweaking and evolving our workouts, he demonstrates every exercise first. With a very hands on approach Josh is truly passionate about his craft & total mind body wellness for his clients. Late last year one of our 3 weekly sessions has evolved into yogic stretching combined with 30-40 mins of mediation. Josh is uniquely positioned for this offering, combined with his kinesiology degree he is also a leader of guided mediation classes. You'll get more than toned physique when you work with Josh, a friend, & a Guru.
