It's literally just a distribution Warehouse. General public cannot purchase anything here as far as I know.

The receptionist Krystal Perkins is very rude. Represents GM poorly. I was not impressed.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Their customer services really really do not want to even listen their customer's problems. And hang up my phone before I say something. They do not support and try to understand their customers, but just "rely" on their certified technicians. God knows how they certified their technicians. I currently got served in a GM dealer. And I have solid proof that this dealer cheated on me so that I could spend more money there. Unfortunately, the GM customer services does not want to listen my complaint and tried several times to end my phone call. They do not care to push their customers away. Then ok, I will sell my car and go to other makers. That is how GM treats customers, very damn good!!!

Horrible place to work. They'll string you along for years (I did 3, but heard of people doing 12) as a TPT saying "we'll hire you soon" with no intention of actually doing so. You get no benefits, no vacation and no idea of what you need to accomplish to be hired. They keep track of how fast you work using computers and the "lines per hour" method but won't hire you even if you can average %120 of the work they're looking for. They claim to have a "great life- work balance" but again, they don't give vacation to TPTs regardless of how long you work there. The "site lead" also likes to hire and protect people he knows outside of work even if it's clear that they have little, to no experience in the area. I used to be a GM fan, but seeing how they treat their employees and the management they hire I can understand why they have so many strikes and need so many bailouts. If you're thinking about a job here, I (and a bunch of people I know from there) would strongly advise against it.
