★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to ship with Day & Ross. But now they charged me for a Indoor Delivery while the company who received says that they unloaded manually, not Day and Ross. If find that a little fraudulent. Too bad. Also I made a note on the BOL: no indoor/no tailgate.
Another problem:
3 Amazon shipments. All 3 shipments were over charged $200 - $300 for "overtime delivery" although I clearly expressed "no overtime delivery". They basically do not care about their customers wishes. Try CSA!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Day and Ross. I run an online store, and Day and Ross lost my very first order with them. They have no idea where my order went, I've had a help ticket open for 5 days and receive little to no information on the whereabouts of my order. They will only reimburse me 2 dollars a pound for lost freight up to 600. Well my order was 1200 dollars so that puts me out half my money at the very least. Now I have an unsatisfied customer and a freight company that holds some of my product and is unwilling to help me out. Will be searching for another frieght company from here on out.

Don't deal with them. I have seen this all first hand.
