O	Ohmbuoy Kabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately bumper 2 bumper let me down hard. After giving store clerk my vin for my truck, and having her locate within store my requested parts, I paid and left. Turns out that clerk didn't accurately correlate the vin with the parts match. Because I depended on the parts she handed to me, I got home, sliced open the pkg and voila, parts don't fit. Bumper 2bumper would not refund money (over $50) or exchange because the pkg is opened. They informed me clerk is supposed to inform me about open pkg policy...that never happened. So use caution when purchasing parts here...withholding info to customer is dirty pool and slightly ignorant

I purchased a door motor regulator for my window that had fell off track, and then had it installed professionally, to which was unsuccessful due to a faulty component in the part. When I went in to exchange the part they told me the fault was on the company who installed it, odd, as that company had no insurance dealing with this particular part. The staff then encouraged me to go back to the installer and to make a scene and “be ready to put up a fight for them to cover cost of the part”, then sent me out walking in the freezing rain claiming there was nothing they could do. Extremely unprofessional and I will never deal with this specific location again. I reached out to bumper to bumper’s corporation and was informed that this location is actually locally owned. Be careful with your money here, they will sell you a faulty part then blame others and not do anything to honor a return. 0/10
