Having said that though, we bought a 5 year extended warranty on this microwave oven and have no record of it. Also, I wasn’t given a sales receipt when I picked up the microwave. How do I get this documentation after the fact? Thanks!

Once he told us which door to go to, it was only a few minutes until another gentleman had our rug there and helped us load it into our suv! All in all, it was a seamless and quick transaction. (Even though they sales lady at the time told us it would be in within 2 weeks, and it took 5 1/2 months) I will buy from The Brick again, and will definitely not dread the pick up process! They guys there were great!!

He talked and joked with us while doing the paperwork to get our mattress to the delivery door. Once he told us which door to go to, it was only a few minutes until another gentleman had our mattress there and helped us load it into our truck. All in all, it was a seamless and quick transaction. I will buy from The Brick again, and will definitely not dread the pick up process! They guys there were great!!

It was a great experience, speedy and polite service. I was advised to park in front of a bay, a representative met me there, handed me my purchase and I signed off and left. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Our kitchen chairs look great, and are very sturdy. Overall a good experience ??

Update: went back again yesterday because of the great customer service and easy pick-process. We are adding a few at home arcade cabinets to our house and The Brick has been excellent for this. The products were well packaged/stored and work great. The pick-up process is really easy and customer service helps you when you arrive and then someone helps you move the furniture into your vehicle. It is all done quickly and there is lots of support! I brought my son this time and they made his trip special by giving him a teddy bear. Another great experience thank you!
