I pirchased a new love seat today and the online shopping experience was easy, as was the virtual agent chat option, Natasha was very helpful. Otherwise, it was their payment program that sold me, it makes it easier to afford new furniture! As a consumer, the only changes I would like to see is an option to add notes to the address, such as buzzer number etc. Also, it would be great if The Brick offered a take away your old sofa program.

I wanted to return one section of sofa and the called to customer service and they just refused and cut the call without trying to understand my problem. I started chatting with agent Eddie and she was so much helpful. She explained me everything thoroughly and helped me return the section which was next to impossible. She try and understand my situation and got approval quickly while chatting with me. I would give her 10star on customer service and customer handling. Thank you so much Eddie❀️

Had the pleasure of speaking with Kerri P., when I had an issue with my purchase. She was so nice, quick and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the interaction. It seems rare these days to speak with a genuine and caring person but Kerri was a breath of fresh air. Will repeat business with the Brick again.

I ordered a Midea upright freezer from The Brick on March 1st 2022, and the delivery was delayed for 6 weeks due to supply-chain issues. I appreciated the several telephone calls I received from the Niagara Falls store, updating me on the delivery delay. The communication was excellent! I also saw in a flyer that the freezer had gone on sale again for a cheaper price after I purchased it. After 3 Live Chats, and two telephone conversations, I was able to get a Price Match for the new sale price. I'd like to thank Ralph A, Sandrine, and Jeremiah S on Live Chat for their kindness and wonderful communication about the Price Match. They were very helpful. Ralph A also contacted me by telephone to confirm the Price Match. In addition, I received another polite telephone call from a lady who arranged the actual delivery date [I didn't get her name], and she was able to process the refund to my credit card within 24 hours. The only reason I've given a 4-Star rating rather than a 5-Star is because the delivery people arrived at my door without masks, and I had to ask them to wear masks before coming into my home. And, I think they might have had coverings for their shoes, as there was mud left throughout my house. They were, however, very polite and efficient.

Spoke with Daniel in customer service chat. Seemed to care and didn’t try to blame or question me for what happened during a bad delivery experience. Obviously well trained on customer service. Good quick honest response. Wish the whole team was as well trained as he is and I wouldn’t have been having so many problems. Hopefully his efforts will make my coming delivery more successful.

Had to contact customer service. I did so through live chat with Daniel W. Great help. Got me the answers I needed quickly. 5 star rating for customer service!!! 3 star for actual service ordering experience. We got a number of follow up calls after showing interest. Once the money was paid, service went sour. No follow up from the sales rep as promised.....she "forgot" to call back. So we had to chase her. Ordered a couch 2 weeks ago with a delivery date for the first week of April. I hadn't heard anything so I reached out. At first my order couldn't even be found, although the couch had already been paid for. Daniel found that the sales order was not saved properly! Had I not followed up, I'd be sitting here forever waiting. Now I have to wait to hear from the store....in 24-48 hours....to see if I'll get the couch next week. Wonderful considering I already sold my old couch and its gone next week!!! For a big furniture store, I expected better.

The customer support team is top notch! I do have a problem with the fact that the 4 piece queen bedroom set that I bought came with everything but the bed. I have never bought a standalone headboard and had trouble finding a compatible bed to go with it. I would recommend that the site offer details such as compatible bed options when selling headboards alone. The experience level of every buyer is different and the information and support needed should be in your face.

There deals are good. The way to pay back, by paying monthly without any interest makes it easier, with people to have access to furniture balancing their taste, time and money on spending. Where Brick lacks is their customer service on PHONE Calling is extremely poor. But thank God, they have online chat service upon their website. All my concerns, problems and issues are solved. As I had one & Jessica R. was extremely, kind, helpful and comforting. Brightened up my day. It's good family favorite to shop with their online chatting system being superb.
