These guys were great! They set up our new laptop, transferred our data from two other laptops and patiently answered all our questions. They were available, helpful and knowledgeable. Really great experience with Mike and Troy mounting a TV in my home. Very professional, knowledgeable and got it done in a timely manner. Really would recommend them and use them for future installs like this.

was quoted $400 for a motherboard replacement on a laptop. When the price came back they wanted $1200!!! They didnt say that there was any additional damage, only the motherboard. In what world is a motherboard replacement $1200. That was for a "refurbished" part too, not even new. Poor customer service too

Manager is beyond ignorant and arrogant. I wish I would of read how poorly reviewed this business was before I interacted with them. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s really sad to see such awful customer service in the midst of a pandemic, when other businesses would appreciate any customers willing to spend their hard earned money at their stores.

The worst customer service. I was waiting for 2 hours and it disconnected me. and they give out refurbished phones which are terribly fixed. Now having issues after the 90 days they give but they won’t do anything.

Not only is their pricing unreasonable. They cancelled my warranty without notification or any attemp to contact me. After paying for over a year when my product broke they said too bad we missed a payment so we cancelled your membership. No call, no email. Just wasted money. Customer service was horrible long wait times. They would hang up (I wasn't being rude on phone) and they were extremely defensive/resistant about taking an issue to supervisor or manager. Even the manager did not speak to me in person, just left a message and refused call back to actually discuss. Save yourself the cash. Self insure or find a company with a modicum of professionalism and morals.
