★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started going to Gateway Pediatric Dentistry when our older daughter had a bad experience with a different dentist. Dr. Lam changed all that, and more! Both of our girls now look forward to going to the dentist, and our youngest wants to be a dentist or dental assistant when she’s older so she can work with Dr. Lam. We highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Lam. The best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only ended up going here because our original dentist cracked our daughters tooth and couldn’t complete the filling because she was 5 and traumatized after they started the process. After being referred to Gateway and having such a great experience, we ended up changing them to be her dentist and left our old one behind! We have been there three times now, one being to complete that filling, and have been treated with nothing but patience and kindness. Today my daughter is 6 and we just returned from our appointment and she was a complete psycho but I have nothing but great things to say about all the staff there. From the ladies at the front who start and finish our experience, the dental hygienist and the super kind Dr Palmer, I have only good things to say about them all. They were so comforting and reassuring even while I’m apologizing for my child’s behaviour lol. Highly recommend this place for any children. My daughter leaves there telling me how nice they are and always talks about her prizes! Everyone there completely understands children and makes the experience as pleasant as possible!

Everyone who works here from the front desk staff to the ones working with the kids are amazing! Have never had a bad experience here and the kids love going!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great facility. Staff are warm, welcoming and reassuring. During teeth extractions they took every means to ensure my child was comfortable and remained at ease. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were so welcoming to my son and me. They took the time to explain things and to make my son feel comfortable. My son is shy and the staff worked with him.
Even when making the appointment the staff took time to make me feel less stressed.
We saw Dr. Lam and I felt like he explained things so I could understand the next steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our kids didn’t do well at our regular dentist. Their anxiety was quite high. At Gateway, the team was so calm and patient with them. We were able to get an entire cleaning done and x-rays for the first time ever. The staff was so gentle, the dentist was friendly and informative. The clinic is clean and beautifully bright and cheery.
