★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty funny when people write about the friendly service and the staff being nice. Nope zero service here. When you’re the only customer in the shop and both employees don’t even greet ( I don’t call that very friendly service to start with). Then when you ask them for something (for instance I asked for ps5 OEM charger )rather than helping you find it somewhere else by checking their system they just say No, Don’t Have it. Zero effort.
This kind of service and attitude ( I’m talking about the Gab guy ) doesn’t really make you want to spend money.
And yeah the 1 star it’s cause they sell video games tho I’d get them at other EB games ( like Eaton Center or St.Hubert)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a PS4 to PS4 pro promo but I didn’t have a USB cable or USB stick and they tried all their best to make sure I didn’t lose all my data.
They got it working and transferred.
Told them it’s ok I’ll just replay all the games but they just got it all transferred!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great, has pretty much everything you are looking for from new games too used games, fair prices on games and merchandise. They have a good amount of Zelda merchandise (decor, hats, bag pack, shirts etc...) nice and considerate staff. The store is at a great location with plenty of parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is currently a trading event where you trade your ps4 for a ps5 bundle presell. I traded my ps4 and some games and I expected to get a ps5 in few months but got it a week later. The ps5 bundle consists of a game of your choice (HFW or GT7) and an extra controller.
The clerk who works there was kind to allow me to get an extra game instead of the extra controller but for the same price since I do not need an additional controller.
Please be kind to the employees and you will have a good service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up an online order, while I was there my son saw things he wanted. I wanted to get them for him for Christmas but since he was with me I couldn't. I then asked the young man behind the cash if he could get the item I wanted without my son seeing he said sure and put it behind the cash. I had 2 items that he helped with for me. I got to buy my gifts without my son knowing becauseof the young man. A big thank you to him for helping me and the great service!
