★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely condescending staff, asked if they had the Typhlosion promo card available as few days ago they mentioned they didn't have the shipment. This time, they begrudgingly checked to see if they had it, and then they mentioned several times that it's not free and that I have to spend $15 if I "want it that bad" um excuse me? Not once did I ask for it for free, or imply that i wasn't going to purchase anything, I just wanted to ask first prior as the store didn't have it last time. Can't expect much service from minimum wage staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always willing to assist and answer any questions you may have. They have a decent selection of games for all the current major consoles. The store itself can be a bit of a tight fit for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered this particular GameStop with my companion to just browse the titles and after a few minutes a store clerk approached us and inquired if we were in need of any assistance. I replied that I was interested in purchasing a copy of Persona 5 and asked if they had a copy in store. With lightning quick speed he found a copy in front of us and directed my attention to it. I inspected the game and pondered if I should purchase it. After a few moments he told me that I should instead purchase Persona 5: Royals which was a PS4 exclusive relaunch of Persona 5 with extra content, however they did not have any copies in store so he suggested that I look take a look at store.playstation.com as this game frequently goes on sale there. And to my surprise an ultimate version of the game was there for a fraction of the original cost.
TL;DR Based store clerk told me where to buy a better game for a fraction of the price, instead of spending money at their fine establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here a couple of months ago with my son to buy a PS5! I know right? Aren't we lucky?! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Hanz and Donald. They answered all my questions and really made our day! This is the only place we go to in the city if we ever need any video games. We've been shopping here for the last 10 years and we never had any problems. Highly recommended!
