Two other dealerships were not interested in my vehicle due to the high mileage, and I wasn't looking forward to trying to sell it personally. I called Joe on Saturday and he explained the buy in process and how the auction worked. It was all very transparent. He made room for me the same day I called for the first appointment. Joe kept me informed during a bit of back and forth and sold the vehicle 3 days later. The agreed upon price was provided to me as a check 2 days later. Thanks Joe for making this a very easy process . Thank you for offering this service even if the vehicle isn't going to be on the Galaxy Lot.

Thorough and genuine through the whole process even going above and beyond by stopping to buy new wiper blades for the car when he was delivering it to the new owner, because Joe himself was unhappy with how effective they were. Highly recommend his services and his enthusiasm is obvious in his pursuit of finding you a new vehicle and making sure you’re happy with it following the purchase. Go see Joe!!!!!

It was pouring rain and we were on the side of the highway. After calling many places, either places were not open, or they would not look at our car until the following week. We got through to Jenn at Galaxy Motors and she was amazing! She told us that they could look at our car that afternoon. We had it towed to Galaxy and Jenn took the time to talk to me and explain everything to me on the phone that same day. It was going to take a few days for the parts needed, so we rented a car and headed home for the week. We also had a litte more maintenance done given that the car would be there for the week. When we returned the next Sunday, Jenn came and picked us up when we returned our rental car and drove us back to Galaxy. On her day off! Jenn was so incredibly friendly, understanding and attentive, particularly when we were rather stressed about the car and getting home. Jenn helped make a pretty awful experience manageable. She is a gem!

We not only found the perfect vehicle but the experience was great from sale to service. Ashton was a lot of fun to work with on the sale and let me flex my bargaining muscle ( I only paid 80 cents more than I thought I should have...lol) while Jennifer in service has also been great to work with. There were a few minor issues that I knew about going in (it is 10 years old) and one since the sale and ALL have been looked after to my satisfaction and with no hassle what so ever. Due to the great experience and the honesty shown I am also taking all of my servicing needs on my other vehicles to Galaxy... Thank you Ashton, Jennifer and all the staff....highly recommend.

The vehicle had the features we were looking for. The salesperson, Jerry VAN, was excellent and very non-forceful. Jerry knew the vehicle and gave a good demonstration of the features. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Would I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership? Yes, especially from Jerry.

I had a bad experience with Black Creek Auto, where i had made the deal and was to pick up my car the next day after work. They sold it to someone else while i was at work.
