From being picked up at the ferry by Robin Orr, collaborating with my my daughter in-law for a heart stopping surprise, making me feel at ease during the test drive, offers of refreshments and the even the insurance agent who came made for an awesome time. All the staff were supportive and friendly not only to me but my friend who came, my daughter in-law and grandson.? Thanks to the whole staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were on the hunt for a safe reliable vehicle for our family , upon arrival we were introduced to Barry Davis , who I must say was and incredible person to work with , very patient , knowledgeable amazing customer service ! We really appreciated the no pressure approach , which we have definitely felt at other dealerships In the past. We had a specific budget going in and they worked their magic to make it possible to work within our specified budget. After a few tests drives of a few different vehicles we were gladly able find our perfect fit ! A beautiful brand new Kona that I am absolutely in love with !

His down to earth and genuine approach helped put us at ease and led to a decision that we were very happy with. Good communication as we waited for the car to arrive from overseas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a surprisingly great experience. We had never bought a used car from a dealership and we had preconceived ideas as to what that would be like. Our intent on our first visit was to just sit in and check out the feel of various cars. We told our sales person (Jamie) what our budget was and without hesitation he set out to find us something that would work for us without exerting any pressure. Our experience with this dealership and especially with our sales person was pleasant, fun, informative and fruitful. This dealership handled all of our paperwork, insurance, plates etc. in an easy and timely manner. We have already recommended this dealership to two friends and would definitely go back when we need another vehicle. Jamie went beyond helpful - he went the extra mile and helped with minor things that we would never have expected him to do, like program the car, explain features, helped us check out another dealership in case another car was more suitable and he followed up with us after the purchase. The car itself is a delight and joy to drive. Highly recommend this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My check engine light came on and vehicle was not performing. I took it in and met with Jim a service advisor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were some issues with getting parts in a timely manner beyond their control. between him and the Service Manager they more than made up for my inconvenience. I highly recommend this service department. My vehicle is as good as new again. Thank you.

He was very knowledgeable about the Kona and made the whole buying experience very comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to buy which I have felt at other dealers. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Hyundai to go see Barry.

I appreciated the care I received from the sales team, it was honest and genuine (with a few dad jokes thrown in for free), and I would highly recommend working with Jamie Barnie!
I purchased the new 2022 Kona, and I am very happy with her. Easy to handle, comfortable, enough bells and whistles and with great mileage (even with these gas prices!)!
