Therefore, Tyler and Comox Toyota team arrange a used car with my upfront amount to use during my waiting time. That eased my pressure off during waiting time for daily commuting to work. From Mark who answered all my emails and set up our test drive (suggesting a fantastic route!) to James who worked out our deal and found creative ways to make it work for us to Taylor who sorted the financing and Tyler who got us insured and on our way! Even the staff not directly involved in our sale were friendly and chatty…it felt like we spent the day with new friends and left with the perfect vehicle for our family too! ?

Brent with Comox Valley Toyota was very quick to respond with information on a car that peaked our interest. Everyone we met there treated us with such a high level of professionalism. Oliver and Brent with their team were very easy to deal with and you can see a reflection of their integrity in how the dealership operates. There were no hassles and it turned into a smooth deal.
