Dr. Short patiently answered questions about my recently installed Intraocular Lenses and clearly explained what is now needed to maximize my distant, intermediate and near vision. Emily followed up with expert technical advice regarding my new eyeglass prescription.

He is so personable that I would recommend him to friends and family. Emily was very helpful when I was choosing frames for my new prescription. Also I bought two pairs of glasses this year for the first time at the Optometry office. Got a quote for lenses and Emily thought after looking at eye exam results again I should upgrade.which I did. Didn’t look round anywhere else this time. The quality of the lenses I got was a cut above anything elsewhere.

The doctors and technicians are all friendly, kind and helpful, and any medical diagnosis they have made was later confirmed by our ophthalmologist. Their follow up service is exceptional. If a frame gets accidentally bent, or a lens pops out (even years later) it is always corrected quickly and cheerfully and without charge! Just once I took my prescription to another place to take advantage of a special offer for cheaper glasses and that pair of glasses was never quite right.
