I 'm the new customer of Jerome for home purchasing closing service.
To enjoy the preferable interest rate from my bank, I have only 3 days for preforming the closing. If there is any error or delayed actions, I would get problem with the bank.
There were quite a lot of jobs for notary public services such as contacting & paying all relating fees for strata, land tax, utinities... In fact, Jerome needs only 2 days to complete all those things.
Moreover, when my bank transferred a big money as my loan to his office, he transferred right away to the seller lawyer.
His serv. fees were quite reasonable, but his job quality was AWESOME.
In addition, during the transaction, all my questions were replied right away. I felt he was doing by his full responsibility & by his whole heart. I have no worries & complaints abt his ser.
I will continue using his serv in my lifetime. Highly recommend this topnotch service company to you.

β β β β β I have had the pleasure of working primarily with Joyce and Jerome in preparing and finalizing all of my documentation prior to closing of my new condo earlier this year.
Overall, they are prompt in answering my inquiries and were courteous and professional. I also found them to be very reasonably priced relative to other competitors on the market.
One minor recommendation would be to have a designated phone line for staff members instead of being routed through the main line each time.
