★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an appointment last week and it was the worst experience I ever had. Went into the room and saw blood on the chair and on the machine. Don’t think this office is even following covid protocols at all. The short Asian girl was opening the instruments without gloves on and I also saw stains and old materials on the instruments. It was gross. Don’t think I ever want to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had great experiences at this clinic with Dr. Chu and Dr. Wang.
Dr. Chu placed my implants and the resulting work is hard to distinguish from real teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Chu for any implant work. Dr. Wang makes the routine visits as painless as possible. Staff is welcoming, courteous, and professional. I recommend this office to all my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentists and all the assistants are extremely friendly. Particular those assistants who assist the dentists. They will explain the process a bit to clam me down. Dr. Joyce and Chu are great ! I had a few dentists in the past 30 years as I was moving around different cities. This doctors are the BEST! I took my teeth off and they even offer me a fish congee to take home! Oh My Goodness, how thoughtful. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter used to go see Dr Liu at Dr Joyce Wu's office. I have always loved how Dr Liu is always very kind and patient. However, since she is now on mat leave, my daughter has to see another doctor. My daughter had seen this new doctor before on her first two visits before she saw Dr Liu. However, I don't know why she never can get along well with her. In our most recent visit couple months ago, my daughter went for her annual teeth cleaning and found that she has some cavity. I know young children might be hard to handle when doing dental treatments. The way that this doctor told me she needs to see specialist has made me very anxious, worried and uncomfortable. It was almost like frightening me in a way. I felt the doctor was not very patience with children. Not only that, I really felt they have been overcharging. I have actually heard from multiple people that they overcharged. I was quoted $3xx to treat my daughter's cavity. Not only did they not check if I was covered under MSP, but they also want to charge me $3xx. I don't know if it is worth for me bring my daughter back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last week for my regular cleaning and check up. I was a little hesitated to be in a dental office during the pandemic. However, I would say this office is probably much safer and cleaner than the grocery stores I go to. The staff were wiping everything everywhere over and over. Almost seemed like they are over doing it. This place is very clean and staff are very helpful.
