I have bought my past two frames from here and the standard of service each time I go is unparalleled. Not only is the service amazing but also their vast collection of frames in a variety of styles, colours, and price ranges. Better yet, in the off chance they do not have it in store, Sue will get it in for you to try on within the week. Sue and her team have a knack for finding you the perfect frame frame!

They make you feel like you're family as they pick a custom frame to match your faces symmetry, its an experience like no other. Ever since I started going to Optical Boutique I always find myself coming back whenever I'm in need of a new frame. Their fashion in frames is always up to date so don't expect anything less than the latest from Sue and her stylish staff. Sue and her knowledgeable staff also help you make the best decision when it comes to lenses, they are constantly looking out for your needs rather than what will make them the most money. I can truly say that this staff is always impressing me whether it be fitting my frames to my face or picking the right contact lenses. My family and I will definitely coming back to Optical Boutique in the near future!

They helped me select a pair of glasses within my budget that look great. They were not pushy and put up with my pickiness while encouraging me to try new styles. I actually really look forward to when I need new glasses because I know exactly where I will go. I feel at home every time I set foot in this store. I will (and already have) recommended them to every one I know looking for new glasses.

The Optical Boutique had been recommended to me by a handful of others so I decided to check it out. Well, from the minute I walked in the door Sue made me feel like the most important Client. Having shopped around prior no one else took the time and care that Sue showed me at The Optical Boutique. Not only did I get a gorgeous pair glasses that so many have commented on but my experience was hands down exemplary. I will be doing the trek down to Kerrisdale now, its a non-negotiable. Hands down the BEST Optical Store in BC!!!
