Though there were a few glitch's in applying for funding using the FundThrough website. The Customer Service Rep was able to take the time needed to walk through everything with me and ensure the funding came through quickly. Shamiso saved the day.

I would avoid at all costs. After Fundthrough acquired Bluevine's invoice factoring business, they completely took on a work load that, to date, they've demonstrated they still cannot handle. Missing remittances, delayed payments, etc. I've attempted to work with them to rectify the situation (through numerous emails and phone calls), however I waited on payments in which they've held some up to 2 weeks totaling $13,000 and made me look foolish in front of my client when asking why they were late on payment. After seeing that their operation was not properly structured and was holding up the financial aspect of my business, I then rerouted my payments back to my address (and properly notified them and their management team of such action). I attempted to work a deal out with them to possibly have them regain my business, they had worked a deal out with me - no sooner after the agreement they reneged on their deal because I had rerouted my payments back to my business to ensure I have proper cash flow that was not delayed in their system. Truth be told - If you want to have the potential for lack of communication and delayed payments as I did, I'd go through FundThrough. Otherwise, I'd find a different company to service your needs. RESPONSE BACK TO FUNDTHROUGH: We have attempted, on several occasions, to get payments in an orderly fashion and we reached out in good faith for you to regain our business. Please ensure that you modify your response to indicate the lack of support and numerous emails I needed to send in order to get one back that, most times, did not rectify the situation and your team failed to follow up on. I hope that individuals can see through your response and to use Fundthrough at their own risk.

Amazing customer service and navigation through the whole setup. Their funding service was honestly a god send for my small food business, where the typical vendor 45 day payment terms are way too long to be able to thrive.

I am not a client. I contacted them regarding their partner program. Initial contact was via email. 7 days later, no response. I called their number and was told by a lady that they would contact me "if they were interested." I am a factoring broker since 1991. I love the details of their program, but I am starting to wonder if I would feel comfortable referring business to them. Usually when I call a factoring company about bringing business to them, I get a call the same day! Again, love the details of the program especially since no holdback. Many of my current clients would love that. Looking to see if there are other similar fintech companies...

Very non-transparent company. The first representative who got in touch with me left for vacation an hour later. I had to chase down another account executive to proceed with the application. The next representative has described the qualifications for the program for me. When I have provided the documentation requested they have declined to offer their services and copy-pasted a scripted text in the middle of their email to inform me of it.

After years of using Bluevine with ease, FundThrough took over. I can confidently recommend FundThrough to absolutely nobody. It has been a true nightmare of an experience. Luckily, we didn't have any outstanding factoring, so we're in the process of closing our accounts. Too bad; the original service was solid.

I had a cash flow shortage for a moment, used these guys & contacted them to ask them how to pay them & they informed me that I needed to figure out & contact the collection agency that they use. So far, a letter has been send to the Corporation Commission in my state, another to the Better Business Bureau in my state, have received several threatening calls & emails to the point they're leaving voicemails all day long on my business line. Keep in mind that I contacted them willing to pay them & they basically told me to go pound sand...You've been warned, I wouldn't use this company again under any circumstances.
