★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, my experience with every aspect of Frondly was top-notch. Their website is beautifully designed and easy to navigate. The plant you see on their website is the exact one that is delivered to your door. The plants are well cared for, healthy and in perfect condition, nothing like the sad findings at your local hardware store plant department.
Delivery was seamless and I received updates along the way until the plants were delivered right to my door step. I appreciated the text updates as well as the photo of them at my door upon delivery.
Customer service is amazing, it’s a rare thing to engage with someone who is so clearly passionate about what they do. The founder, Chad, made sure to reach out to ensure I was completely satisfied with my order.
I will definitely be ordering from Frondly again and I look forward to filling my home with even more beautiful plants from them.

Chad was extremely helpful with recommendations and in the end we ordered 17 plants and matching pots. The end result was amazing! We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the plants and the pots that were selected look great with our décor. I highly recommend Frondly for your plant needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never thought about buying plants online because I thought that I had to check them out in person to see if they are healthy and pests free. But after visiting a few plant stores, I was disappointed at the fact that the quality of the plants in the stores was not that great, and they were not well taken care of. One day, I saw Frondly’s shopping ads and their beautiful plant photos caught my eyes! I thought to myself that there's no way my plant will look like the one in the photos. But after spending some time to learn more about Frondly and what they do on their website, I actually ended up ordering a plant, a planter pot and a water meter from them!
Why? Because they promised that what you see is what you get. I can confirm that's 100% true!! The quality of the plant and accessories is unbeatable and is worth every penny! I can't be more happier than that!!
I can tell that Chad really takes good care of the plants and his customers! I am so looking forward to adding a second plant to my home. I would highly recommend Frondly to someone who's looking for good quality and healthy plants at a reasonable price! :) Also someone who doesn't want to drive to the store and bring big plants into their car.
PS: I am a new plant parent and Chad helped me so much on picking the right plant for my living room. He also took the time to write me an email to teach me how to take care of my new Yucca. I truly appreciate that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for office desk plants for our sustainability green project and came across their website! Chad the owner offered a fast and friendly service! We got the plants in the same week! The plants looked great with the lovely recycled pots! The pots are made from post-consumer recycled plastic making use of materials otherwise be destined the landfilled. On top of that, for every plant bought, Frondly is planting trees in BC to help with the restoration efforts of the office fires! Such a great concept all around. Highly recommend!
