The customer service was good though I had to wait 15 mins for my haircut. The stylist was nice and sweet. However, she was supposed to consult me with hair colour but instead she asked me to come later with some ideas and pictures (I thought that was her job to advice me?). The prices were okay for the services I received. I was not happy with my look as I wanted a different hairstyle and look different instead she just reduced my hair length. Won't not go back in there.

I’ve been there twice, first time was such a horrible experience. The first time I walked in and Susan cut my hair. For the price I would at least expect their stylist be trained on their skills and customer service. I walked in and she didn’t even greet me, just walked up and took me to the chair, she was not detail oriented neither was she clear of what she was doing. I got my worst haircut ever from her, if you want to look horrible on purpose then go to her, she doesn’t layer, it was blunt and uneven, she also cut 3 more inches than what I asked for (for those who care about their length, this is the worst nightmare). If you go never ask for Susan, that’s what I learnt from my first visit. Wishing that I give Elaine a second chance, I booked online saw this name Luna, thinking that it is a different girl, oh boy was I disappointed to see her. I asked if I can change a stylist and she rolled her eyes at me, unfortunately there were not any free stylist for another 2 hours, I gave Susan another chance. I was wrong, and shouldn’t have came. Worst customer service worst skills, I can’t find a stylist worst than her in Vancouver. With her skills you would think that she was just employed. The review by Lauren up there, I bet she’s a friend. This visit, not only was she always walking away from the cut, making it longer than it needs to be, she even splashed water in my face and burned my scalp with her hot blow dryer. I’m not the type of person to confront a stylist if they did anything wrong, but I feel the need to warn those who thought about booking her. Just don’t. There’s a reason to why I would use another account to leave a message, it’s because I do not wish to be personally involved with your salon anymore. Instead of pointing out your customer, maybe you should ask your stylist and tell her to reflect on her own actions and responsibilities as to be working during covid. My first booking with her was a walk in early this year and my recent time was booked by a friend as they recommended me to give it another go. After receiving such comments, your first priority should be to fix your employee. I have 2 other friends who goes there and Susan’s or luna’s reputation really isn’t good, her professionalism really is a problem and people do notice it. Many of your 4+ star comments are by ur employees or related people (ex. Irena) and friends of the stylist, hence I wouldn’t say that your rating is completely honest. If you want to improve customer service, Susan’s attitude is a problem, as well as her skills. Thank you.

Staff at the salon are very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The environment/set-up is relaxing. I have seen Susan for hair appointments three times and she is one of the kindest and most detail-oriented stylists I've ever had. She asks a lot of questions to ensure your haircut/styling matches what you envisioned. Would highly recommend!

Amazing! Jen is the absolute best, the only person I will ever trust to cut and colour my hair! The salon is clean, professional and stylish. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they always offer massages and refreshments while you wait. Every visit feels like a pamper session and a catch up with a good friend. I am always excited to go and feel so great about my hair when I leave! Would absolutely recommend Eliane - any of the stylists are lovely, but Jen is the absolute best.

Everyone at the salon was welcoming, helpful, professional and considerate. I've never had such a great experience at a hair salon. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Luna, who I’ve seen a few times for a haircut. She is absolutely amazing. Every single time I’ve had an appointment, she took the time to ask questions about what I wanted for my hair, and made great suggestions too. She always ensures we are both on the same page before starting to wash and cut my hair. She also took the time to answer my questions about how to attain a certain style on my own, how to address hair issues and more! She is so kind, friendly, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. My hair has never looked or felt better. Thank you!

I had an amazing first experience with Kevin. He was very precise and listened to what I wanted. Super happy with my haircut. He moved from Korea and his English is already incredible. Very enjoyable experience and will definitely see him again!

I went for a men's haircut today after a recommendation from a friend who's had her hair done by Kevin. I'm very satisfied with the haircut and the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by my stylist. Will definitely come by again!
