j	j davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will have to say good bye to this stop on my plant shopping route. Unfortunately like many others customer service is appalling. Asked for a specific flower seed and was told the vendors load the racks and they have no idea what is stocked. I asked for sizes(size chart) of their larger rectangular patio planters and was handed a tape measurer(they have multiple planters and multiple styles so was expecting a detailed supply list). You could see the employees rolling their eyes at each other as if customers aren’t the reason they are in business. I was there early in the morning and there were only a few other customers in the whole place so not sure where their bad attitude comes from. I love the vision of this business but they are forgetting the customers. Sad.

k	kchowa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very festive setup with a large pumpkin display in the parking lot (came to visit before Halloween). Went in on a Saturday morning before lunch, not busy at all. Able to find parking in their lot. The staff for the most part are wearing masks and the cashier does have small plastic shield separating the cashier to the customer (see pictures). Nicely presented and displayed place with interesting and unique plants that might not be able to find at other retailers. Prices are reflective of the area the store is located. Did not get what I wanted as I was looking for garlic to plant and all that was left were some white russian garlic cloves. They had moved out a lot of their nicer garlic's due to the season. Overall, would probably return to buy things if needing ideas for plants , flowers and displays. Otherwise would probably head to other retailers for more general gardening needs

M	Max Zytaruk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Expensive, like out of my budget type expensive, BUT their quality is just so good. Plants are well tended to and never have pests. The workers are hit or miss in my opinion, but the last time, this woman with auburn hair was SO sweet, for her, I will definitely go back. Went here for the Ecuagenera show too. Thanks, Tom for coordinating that. Key takeaways, this place costs a pretty penny, but makes up for it in quality.
A	Alex Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful selection of plants and pots. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They have a rewards program ($1=1 point, 750 points = $50 off) as well. Open 7 days a week. Staff also seemed like they enjoyed being around each other and working there.

As i was wandering around, i only felt comfortable atmosphere and saw contented, friendly faces of both customers and staff. The kind of shop where there are so many things to browse, but i feel at ease taking the time and lingering without feeling that shopkeepers constantly look over my shoulder. The girl at the till appeared polite. Prices for herbs and small houseplants are reasonable -- cannot speak for the other kinds as i don't know them.
P	Paul Donovan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why some people are so unhappy with other people. We always enjoy our visits to this lovely, very thoughtfully and well put together nursery. Another thing that I noticed on our recent visit was how the coworkers were joking and getting along with each other. And the amazing displays and beautiful variety of plants. Some are very expensive but I am sure there is nowhere else that these types and qualities can be found. The antiques are a pleasure to see and the offerings I have not seen so many in one place before. I am saddened by how some customers feel so entitled that they think it’s ok to put others down. We have been coming here for some years now and will continue to enjoy the ambiance and services offered by the dedicated and helpful people working here. Positive attitude from me brings positive attitude from thee. Or, what goes around comes around. Thank you guys for your efforts and creativity. We wish you all a Very Merry Christmas !!!
