★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to your vehicle, farm equipment or bicycle, finding someone you trust is challenging but I believe I found the right place. Stewart is very down to earth, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend and now I'm a regular. My future plans are to upgrade my XC Mountain Bike at his store. I highly recommend Frey's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. He installed my new Ultegra group set in an hour and much cheaper than I was quoted at other local shops. He did a nice clean job and everything works flawlessly. He also had a part on hand that I needed to complete the install that no other shops in the area had. I will be making the trip to Dorking for all my future service needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I didn't conduct any business with Stewart, I was passing by during a cycle tour and saw a little bike shop where I'd least expect it. Stewart provided tons of knowledge of the local roads and provided inspiration from his previous personal cycle tours. I wish I lived close by so that Frey was my go-to bike shop. Thanks Stewart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that helped me was very professional. I knew what I was trying to find but was unsure of how to go about asking for it, and he helped me get to the product I was looking for.
The shop is full of bicycles and the work area was open so you could see the set up and maintenance.
A good store but they do not do debit/interact. They will accept cash or credit so be aware of payment method when you are heading there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the recommendation of a friend, I just took both of my bikes there for a tune-up and parts replacement. They did a great job on both bikes and they really cleaned-up the gunk (that I shouldn't have let build up) in my drive trains. I've had trouble with one of the shops in-town (Waterloo) tuning up my bike--for much more money--and afterward neither shifter worked properly. Well worth the drive into Dorking to visit Frey. Also, the grocery store across the road has pepperettes and pies. Also worth the trip! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, bought a Cannondale Quick 3 from him yesterday. He set it up in no time, took it out for a ride last night very happy with the purchase. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. Highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended this bike shop to me for maintenance and repairs. I live out in the middle of nowhere, so I drove 40 minutes to check it out, and I'm glad I did. He fixed the brakes and tuned up the shifting, and now it's good as new. Great prices. I'm very happy and will be returning.
